After a couple of uncharacteristic missteps and mishaps, will Apple be getting the magic back with its next big announcement? Apple seems to be back in the swing of things, at least as far as creating that patented Apple buzz around product announcements. AP source: Obama extends stop on deepwater wells
Reports indicate that President Obama plans to announce on May 27 a moratorium on new deepwater oil drilling permits will be continued for six months while a presidential commission investigates. Additionally, controversial lease sales off the coast of Alaska, Western Gulf and off the coast of Virginia will be canceled. Full Article.
