Apple’s new iPhone 4S, with its voice-controlled virtual assistant Siri and iOS 5 software, works with an amazing feature called AssistiveTouch. This feature offers, at a tap, a floating on-screen palette whose buttons trigger motions and gestures on the iPhone screen.
