How to deal with a younger boss

Reporting to a younger boss for the first time isn't easy. According to human resource and career consultants, older workers are reporting to younger bosses more and more these days. A recent survey by the jobs website CareerBuilder found that 43% of workers 35 and older said they currently work for a younger boss. Technological changes have a lot to do with the trend, and there are several ways to successfully work with younger superiors, including strategizing for success. Full Article.

In a 2007 comScore study, 24% of respondents said they looked at an online review before making an offline service, and more than three-quarters of respondents call online reviews "influential" in their purchase decision process.
