Early voting turnout in Rapides Parish for Tuesday's elections surpassed the totals for the Oct. 2 primary. Race to the Top Results Announced on 3/29/2010

Several cities in Central Louisiana recently held municipal elections. John Lemoine will be the next mayor of Marksville, Robertson will be the new head of Bunkie, and Robert Rose won the mayoral election in Leesville. Additionally, two candidates in Winnfield are headed for a runoff. Full Article.
