Nashville Songwriters Association International: REGIONAL WORKSHOP of CENLA
Since 1967, the Nashville Songwriters Association has been advocating for songwriters and musicians from education of the musician to performance rights advocacy work. We are very excited to have a Regional Workshop in CENLA to bring that fervor to the craft of our local musicians. Once a month, we meet together and discuss the craft of the song, the industry of music, and the life of the musician. We also share original songs and offer feedback which helps to continue in the creative process. Besides all of that - we have a great time!
MISSION STATEMENT of NSAI
The Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) consists of a body of creative minds, including songwriters from all genres of music, professional and amateur, who are committed to protecting the rights and future of the profession of songwriting, and to educate, elevate, and celebrate the songwriter and to act as a unifying force within the music community and the community at large
