Talent alone does not make a leader
Talent and leadership are separate attributes. Talent is what you do well; leadership is your ability to bring others to common cause. Anyone in a position to hire should heed the difference. Rapides Parish Library - Westside Talent Night

Everyone, young and old, are invited to attend and perform. Any talent suitable for family audiences will be allowed. Microphone and karaoke machine are available. Performers will have to bring their own special equipment.
