Higher Education Summit to be Held November 18

October 26, 2012

The single most important factor for success in economic development today is the skill and knowledge level of our workforce. Please join us on November 18 to focus on the current and future workforce needs for Central Louisiana—and how we can best meet those needs. You will hear presentations on two major workforce research projects. You will also hear the leaders of our three major public higher education institutions discussing how LSUA, Central Louisiana Technical Community College and Northwestern State University will respond to the workforce challenge. These vital discussions will set the stage for how the business community can work more closely with higher education to build a stronger Central Louisiana.
