BAS is a complete business transformation system. There are many components that all work together to make BAS so effective. Some of the components include: one-on-one coaching, team meetings, classes, peer discussions, special training, networking events, and access to resources and tools.

There are no fees, dues, or costs paid to BAS. Those who are accepted into the BAS program don't pay us (BAS) anything. However, we do require those who are accepted to invest in themselves and their businesses. Our purpose and passion is to build a community full of successful businesses, not to make money.

We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with all of the businesses we work with. This guarantees all of their information is completely secure and private.

Once we review your answers, someone from our office will contact you to answer any questions you may have and to schedule an interview.

During the interview we'll take time to get to know more about you and your business. This will help us determine which level of our program is the best match for you and your business.

After your initial interview, we'll then pair you with the business coach we think is the best match for your business. Your coach will contact you and schedule a time to come meet with you and get you started in the Business Acceleration System.

If you're accepted into the program, your coach will walk you through our 4 step process.

1. Analyze - a BAS coach will help you review the current status of your business.  Your coach will help you identify both the strengths and weaknesses of the business.
2. Strategize - together, you and your coach will develop goals for your business (where you want to end up) and develop strategies to achieve those goals.
3. Systematize - you and your coach will begin building systems to help you strengthen and grow your business.  These systems will eventually allow you to shift from working in your business, to working on your business.
4. Optimize - once your systems are in place and operating, it's not time to rest, it's time to evaluate your systems and see where improvements can be made.

Seems simple enough, right?  Our coaches will guide you through the process and provide guidance to make sure you're staying on track.

Being involved with BAS doesn't actually take time.  Our clients find that being involved in BAS results in them having more time.  Our goal is to help you spend less time working "in your business," and more time working "on your business." 

Each month you'll meet with your coach for about an hour.  You'll also have the opportunity to attend peer meetings and specialized training sessions each month.

Your involvement with BAS ends when you are ready for it to end. BAS is an open-ended system, with no predetermined completion date. BAS grows as your business grows. BAS clients typically find that, as their businesses become more successful, they want - and need - more help and resources from BAS.

Yes. If you are accepted into BAS, we will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. This provides legal protection for you and your sensitive information.

The BAS coaches have a broad range of backgrounds. Some have been very successful business owners. Others have strong business financial backgrounds. But all of the BAS coaches are highly capable of coaching, monitoring and challenging you to take your business to the next level.
