2010 Winter Olympic Medal Count for United States

As of Sunday, February 14, 2010, the United States won six Olympic medals: 1 Gold Medal, 2 Silver Medals and 3 Bronze Medals. Germany followed closely behind, with a total of four medals. Full Article.

So far, USA is leading in the the Olympic medal counts, again – that never seems to change. Granted, most of our national sports teams are usually between fair to middling (basketball, baseball, etc. despite the players on those teams being so called professionals that will never need payday loans

again) but our individual athletes tend to be pretty good. The NBC Olympic coverage has been pretty decent, and the US has a shaky 1 medal lead, tied in gold medals with Germany and France with 2, and leads only with 1 more silver than anyone else. Switzerland has the most Gold, with 3.
